Draft Environmental Impact Statement Comments

It is anticipated that comments for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) will be received by January 2011.

The comment period for the DEIS will begin on the date that EPA publishes a notice of availability in the Federal Register for the DEIS.

All comments received during the public hearing(s) and/or received during the comment period will be considered for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS).
